1. Payment
Customers in North America:
Pocellular accepts payment by Visa Card, certified cheque and money order. All prices subject to applicable taxes according to customers' location.

If you pay by Visa Card, please be advised that 3.75% credit card processing fee applies.

If you pay by cheque or money order, please contact us for detail. Failure to do so may result in an inability to process your payment.

International Customers:
Pocellular accepts international payments by Wire Transfer or Letter of Credit. If customer wires/transfers the payment to the bank of Pocellular, please add the administrative fees charged by the bank.

2. Shipping and Delivery
Pocellular will handle express shipping of your orders to the address according to your order form. Please allow 1-3 business days of shipping to anywhere in North America, and 7-10 business days for international shipping.

Customer may also choose a courier company of his/her preference for product shipping. Please send us detailed information so that we can be of any assistance!

3. Product Warranty
Pocellular offers 12 months warranty for battery products. All sales are final. No refund! However, we will be pleased to exchange on battery products except they are physically damaged.
